Participation Criteria

  • Eligibility:
    Applicant falls within the designated category (individual, group, school/university, corporate, etc.).
  • Complete Application:
    All required fields and supporting documents have been submitted.
    Information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Originality:
    The submitted project is the applicant’s own work.
  • Alignment with Award Themes:
    The submission addresses one or more of the award themes and aligns with its goals and focus areas.
  • Compliance:
    The submission adheres to all competition rules, requirements, and deadlines.
    Content does not violate intellectual property, ethical, or legal standards.
  • Submission Quality:
    The project file is clear and well-structured.

Eligibility Rules

Participation is open internationally and accepted from any country around the world.

The project must comply with the set criteria, and non- compliant projects will be excluded

Only one project to be submitted under the chosen category and theme.

If the project has been submitted to a previous award, it will be disqualified.

All projects must be submitted through the online portal.

Judging Process

  • Stage 1

    Internal Screening and Initial Shortlisting
    Applications are reviewed for eligibility and completeness, with up to 10 candidates shortlisted per category. Only the strongest submissions advance to the judging panel.

  • Stage 2

    First Judges Deliberation Meeting – Selection of Finalists
    Judges review and discuss the shortlisted applications and select 5 finalists per category. These finalists move forward to the presentation stage.

  • Stage 3

    Second & Third Judges Deliberation Meeting – Finalist Presentations & Selection of Winners
    Finalists present their projects to the judging panel and answer questions. Judges then deliberate and select 3 winners in each category.
